We spent the rest of our break out in Chilliwack until the day before school started. We got to see lots of people that we really wanted to see and hadn't seen for a long time. It was good to be out there again and see all those people. We started the time off with a friendly visit from Jamie, Paul and Jen, it was brief because we were still on Saskatchewan time but we got to see them the next day at "Christmas supper". The morning after we opened presents and got some nice clothes and basically our whole set of Denby dishes that we thought would slowly be collected but instead my mom went nuts and bought them all. We won't be using those for a while but it's good to have them. That day we briefly went to the mall and exchanged some of the clothes that didn't fit and then that night my brother, Jamie, Paul and Jen came over for supper. Instead of the traditional rice pudding we had ice cream cake. Chris and my mom hid some nuts in it so whoever got one won a prize. It was pretty obvious where they were because the icing was all messed up in that spot. For some reason though Chris and I were the only ones who found them. After supper we played some scattegories and pictionary. Jen and I were on a team for pictionary and didn't even get on the board until the others were at the second last space. But then we kicked their butts and made it half way up the board. Yeah, we almost had an amazing comeback. Next time...We also tried some of my parents liquers.

Some othe stuff we did while out in BC were walking Willy, taking a drive to the lake and up in the Columbia Valley, playing dice with my mom, watching some movies... One night we got to see David, who is my friend who went to Capes with me but we haven't seen each other for years because he lives in Australia. He's living out in BC now though because he just got engaged to Karin who went to Capes with Chris. It was really good to be able to see them in the short time that we were out there.

On Sunday we went to Mark's church in Abbotsford and picked up Jeremy from the airport. It worked out perfectly because we didn't think we were going to be able to see him. We went for a nice little hike through some paths by Mark's house and played some pool. While we were on our way back from our hike we randomly saw that same Capernwray guy that we had seen while we were out with David and Karin, how weird is that? Anyways, it was good to see those boys again. Mark was one of our last friends that lived out here in Saskatoon and now we have none... Just kidding, kay maybe not that much. That night we spent at home instead of partying for new years.

The last night we were in BC we headed out to Coquitlam to see Eric, Carmen and Mike. We went out for supper at ABC and played some taboo and the boys played darts. It was a nice relaxing night of festivities.

It was so good to be back home even if it was a short time. We headed home the next afternoon and made it home not that much later then we were supposed. Of course we couldn't avoid some sort of delay as we waited 45 minutes for our bags in Saskatoon. But we made it and now we're back to school. We took Tom out of our place to be recycled, it was a sad moment. We stocked up on groceries, cleaned up our place and now we're ready to go for another semester. It's nice to have Chris at home everyday, makes things more interesting and more normal. Well, I've been writing for a while now so I'll end it here.
